Whole Body is run by one person. Reader emails are read, and most are answered. Below is the right address for the right kind of message — using it gets you a faster response.
For most things
The general inbox is hello@wholebody.co. Use this for questions about a protocol, a citation, an article topic suggestion, a guide you bought, a technical issue with the site, or anything else that doesn't need to land directly with Robert.
We aim to reply within three business days. Some weeks it's faster. Occasionally it takes a week. If you haven't heard back after seven days, it's reasonable to send a polite follow-up — emails do get lost.

Reader question on a protocol or article
hello@wholebody.co — Be specific about which article or guide. Include the section if you can. We can't give medical advice, but we can clarify what's in an article and point you at the relevant research.

Correction or factual error
robert@wholebody.co — Goes directly to Robert. Include the article URL and the exact claim you're flagging. Substantive errors get corrected with an editor's note added to the article. This is how we honor the editorial standards.

Question about a guide you bought
hello@wholebody.co — Include your order number if you have it. If you didn't receive your download link, can't open the PDF, or want a refund, this is the right address.

hello@wholebody.co — Include the outlet, the angle, and your deadline. Robert is selective about what he agrees to but tries to respond to every legitimate request.

hello@wholebody.co — We are not currently doing paid placements or sponsored content (see Editorial Standards). If your inquiry is about an affiliate program for a product we already cover, that's worth sending. If it's about getting your product featured editorially, please save us both time and don't.

robert@wholebody.co — Reader feedback is what shapes the troubleshooting sections in our guides. If you ran a protocol from one of our articles or guides, send Robert a note — what worked, what didn't, what surprised you. We do not publish reader feedback or quote it anywhere without explicit written permission.
What we don't do over email
A short list:
- We don't give medical advice. We can clarify articles and point at research, but we cannot tell you whether a protocol is right for you. That's a question for a clinician who can examine you.
- We don't interpret lab results over email. The protocols we publish assume you've worked with a practitioner to understand your own labs first. If you don't have a practitioner, the About page mentions the labs we use, and you can take results from those labs to a clinician trained in interpreting them.
- We don't promote products or articles to our list on request. The newsletter covers what we think is worth a reader's Sunday morning. That's it.
